About

Weloom is an AI onboarding platform for French SMBs and mid-market companies of 50 to 500 employees. Your HR documents become a role-specific onboarding journey, a quiz and an assistant that answers new hires while citing its sources.

Why Weloom exists

In a 150-person company there are as many ways to welcome a new hire as there are managers. HR sends emails, the manager improvises a schedule between two trips, the new hire looks for logins and rereads a 40-page PDF handbook. The knowledge exists; it is simply scattered.

Existing tools are either too heavy (an enterprise HRIS) or too light (a shared Notion, PDF binders). In between, what was missing was a tool that starts from what the company has already written and asks less of managers, not more.

Who is behind it

Weloom is founded and built by Nicolas Calmettes. He designs the product, writes the code, sets up the first journeys with pilot companies and answers requests himself. There is no sales layer between you and the person who makes the product: when you write to Weloom, he is the one reading.

That choice comes with an honest consequence: Weloom is a young company, and its pilot program is built for it. Five companies, eight weeks, a check-in every two weeks, and the right to tell us plainly what is not working.

Three principles

1. The AI relies on your documents, and says so. The assistant answers from your knowledge base and cites the source. When it does not know, it points to the right person. No generated journey is published to new hires without HR validation.
2. Every company is isolated. Your data never mixes with another customer's; conversations with the assistant are encrypted with a key specific to your company.
3. Hosted in Europe, no surprises. Data and files in Paris, sub-processors listed publicly, no model training on your data.

Our commitments

• No data resale: your data is only used to provide the service.
• No AI training on your data: our providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) do not reuse exchanges to train their models.
• No advertising cookies: only the technical cookies the service needs.
• Transparency on sub-processors: the list is public on the Sub-processors page, with their data processing agreements.
